Many thanks to the artist François Pisapia for his lecture ANOTHER DAY IN BUNKER GARDENS and discussing the works of our participants within the Studio Program at BAI | Berlin Artist Residency, Art School, Arts Incubator, and Live Online Courses & Classes.
“On the one hand, the talk will present the artist’s work which explores the influence of private property and security on notions of nature, home, identity and love. On the other, it will draw out the importance of self-organization, collaboration and community in his wider practice as artist and organizer. Both can be seen as responses to the alienation of living inside an increasingly austere and hermetic state. The talk will include video and slideshow-reading snippets.” (Text by courtesy of François Pisapia)
