“Nadine Fecht is an agent provocateur in the field of contemporary drawing. In multi media installations and large-scale tableaus based on notational systems the artist questions societal value systems such as discipline and (self-)optimization. In her lecture ‘On Archives and Drawing’, she focuses in particular on the process of collecting as an artistic strategy and grasp on world events.
