Many thanks to the photographer and CrossCulture Intern Muhammad Salah introducing our participants to the SUDAN ART SCENE and his home organization Yalla! Khartoum Institute for Arts and Culture. For his internship at the BAI he got a scholarship for participating in the CrossCulture Internships Program (CCP) of ifa (Institute for Foreign Cultural Relations).
Muhammad Salah is a freelance photographer, translator and program coordinator at Yalla! Khartoum, a community of people coming together to support and celebrate urban arts and youth cultures in the context of an intercultural exchange. He lives and works in Khartoum, Sudan.
