Many thanks to the artist Stephanie Kloss introducing our participants to the concept, program & practice of the project space Die Möglichkeit einer Insel and guiding us through the group exhibition ×+ by Eva Berendes, Bert Didillon, Olafur Eliasson, Ingo Gerken, Almut Hilf, Sofia Hultén, Daniel Rode, Susa Templin curated by Andreas Koch & Peter K. Koch. The visit is part of the BAI Studio Program | Berlin Artist Residency, Art School, Arts Incubator, and Live Online Courses & Classes.

“Starting point of the exhibition concept is the observation that a book is a three-dimensional object. If one understands the individual pages as walls that can stand at different angles to one another, a book would be a multi-walled exhibition space that can be compressed into a very small space. Transferred back to an exhibition architecture, the curators develop two wall modules, each with orthogonally crossing walls, two ×-modules.
