Engage in a critical examination of Orientalism and its enduring impact on the portrayal of the Arabian Peninsula in Western art, literature, and film. In addition, exploration into Eastern perspectives will be looked at to see how it has shaped the portrayal of the Arabian Peninsula. This session encourages a comprehensive view of the various influences on media representations, fostering a critical understanding of global and local perceptions.
