“Video Art is my weapon of choice. Experimenting with this medium has meant an outstanding creative experience that has made me grow as an artist. Video has been a tool for self-knowledge that has allowed me to explore my existential concerns and relationship with my culture. I develop my work through animations, video installations, video performances, and interactive videos. I bet on a fragmented and surreal narrative through the use of effects of estrangement and the emphasis on the subjective experience. My creation seeks to make visible the implicit limits of the human condition to induce the viewer to face them. The objective of this presentation is to share my creative process and artistic trajectory working with Media Arts from 2009 until nowadays in Cuba.
